Father and Son Duo Fix Cars And Only Charge What Customers Can Pay
An Arizona father-son duo is getting major props for running a business where they fix people’s air conditioning in their cars and have them pay whatever they can afford. Michael Kuba and his son Matthew call their business The Junkie Garage and it’s a 501c3 charity:

The idea was sparked from a personal experience 10 years ago when Michael’s family van needed fixing and was quoted $4000. So he learned to work on cars to fix it himself and save that money. He just asks for donations and shares what they do on social media. They even take donated cars, fix them up and raffle them off!
