Burger King Employees Honor Longtime Regular Customer At His Funeral
A group of Burger King employees in Minnesota paid tribute to a longtime customer by having his name engraved in his favorite chair. Jerry Parkin recently passed away at age 91, and they showed up to his funeral with it. As you can imagine, the gesture meant the world to Jerry’s children!
The wife of one of the other regulars Jerry always sat with reached out to the manager with the idea, who got corporate approval to engrave Jerry’s chair. They also placed a flag as a nod to his military service.
