Couple Unknowingly Adopt Two Rescue Dogs Years Apart That Are Related
After the death of their 15-year-old rescue dog Rufus, mom Jillian Reiff and 6-year-old Maya found a similar pup online a Muttville Senior Dog rescue and adopted him. Their similarities led them to do a DNA test, which revealed that Ziggy, their new dog, is Rufus’s father.
They were ecstatic to find that out because the two not only look so similar, but have really similar behaviors. Rufus could almost sound human and so can Ziggy! Maya says Ziggy is 100% like Rufus!
