Family Writes A Book About Their Son Surviving A Shark Attack
James Reeder Jr. was just 10-years-old when he lost the bottom half of his right leg to a shark attack while snorkeling in Florida. James was holding a GoPro camera getting footage of a turtle when the attack happened, and part of the shark was captured on film. Three years later, they have written a book about their experience calling “Rescue on the Reef”.
GMA talked to the family about how James has adapted his life and even got back in the water to snorkel again!
