Cat Video Fest Is Happening!
Um….this is right up our alley. A creator has mashed together a bunch of cat videos into a movie showing at the Speed Art Museum, and it’s all to raise money for cat-related charities!
Will Braden is a Seattle-based creator of the compilation, Henri, le Chat Noir. His business cards read: “I watch cat videos.” And it’s not a joke or an exaggeration. Braden literally watches thousands of hours of internet videos to make the feature every year. And this thing has gone global already in the UK and Denmark, and, for the first time, to France, Spain, Japan and Brazil.
Since 2019, it’s raised over $1 million.
