Lindsay Leskovac crashed her car, breaking bones in her legs, pelvis, hips, and neck. However, the phone’s crash detection feature immediately alerted emergency services, who were able to locate and rescue her from the wreckage. The 911 call lasted 22 minutes as Lindsay provided details to the dispatcher.
Doctors say she avoided paralysis, with her mother crediting the iPhone’s lifesaving technology. The incident highlights the importance of activating crash detection on newer iPhones.
