Man With “Emotional Support Alligator” Banned From Walmart
Emotional support alligator??? Yes. And she’s kind of cute.
Usually you hear about emotional support dogs and other animals, but this may be a first. A Walmart in western Pennsylvania has banned 60-year-old Wesley Silva from bringing his “emotional support alligator” inside. He says they have been going to that Walmart and many other places for over three years without an issue.
She’s a 5-foot 32-pound gator named Jinseioshi, who has a pretty little wardrobe including dresses, and spends much of her days in a pool outside and nights in a bathtub of water.
Before her took her in, Silva already had a small zoo including six snakes, a leopard gecko, a Komodo dragon, an ocellated skink and a second alligator. He also has a dog.
