Mom and Bus Driver Save Kids From School Bus Fire
Minnesota mom Kari Thorp noticed smoke and flames under the hood of the school bus when she was greeting her daughter in her driveway after school. She noticed flames in the front of the bus and alerted the driver, then helped get all the elementary-aged kids off the bus. It was all captured on her Ring doorbell camera. All 22 kids were led away from the porch and down the block as smoke and flames engulfed the bus. The front tires exploded from the blaze.
The school district honored Thorp and the bus driver for their bravery and quick action!
