Kentucky Family Says It Was “Easy” To Turn Down $26 Million For Their Farm

Would YOU sell your house for $26 MILLION?

This family from Kentucky said no, and it was an easy decision. 82-year-old Ida Huddleston owns about 1,200 acres outside Maysville, about two and a half hours east of Louisville. She said she’s never had a “For Sale” sign in the yard… and never will. She and daughter Delsia Bare said “it’s easy to turn down $26 million dollars when it couldn’t buy anything that you need.” Farming is their way of life and that’s their home.

The offer was made to them to use part of the land to build an AI data center.
